Tonight's the night

Hi Friends,

By now you’re already most likely aware but tonight we are going to have a really special full moon.. It’s called “The Beaver Moon”
This is the time of the year that the beavers build their dams
When I was a kid I didn’t know such a thing existed, I only knew we tried to break them up on my grandparents farm so the water could keep flowing freely down the stream
They are also building their little houses or “lodges” to get ready for winter

Tonight’s a full moon, a “Super Moon” and the last Super Moon of the year
It’s going to be the biggest and the brightest also
The reason for that is the moon will be the closest to the earth than any other time this year

Take the kids outside, tell them that the beavers are building the moon and that’s why it’s so bright, then tell them what’s really going on 😁 

Where ever you are, whoever you are with, I hope that all of you get to get outside and see this beautiful part of nature
