Hi friend, how are you?
Back in 1984 a guy named “Rockwell” came out with a song about extreme paranoia
It was “spppooookkeeeeeee” sounding
He talked about everyone was always watching him ( or he felt like it )
On Saturday I met a young couple, fun people, maybe 37 / 40sh
They were both in really great shape
The guy told me that he’s watched his dad exercise his entire life
Think about what he said, he watched his dad / his entire life
It was the choices that the dad made that he then followed
The young man said that his parents were both 65, and in what he described as in incredible shape. He told me about how his dad still lifts 3 times a week, plays golf and his mom still lifts and swims… I love that… All of it….
This last summer I overheard “Junior Jr” ( my oldest grandkid ) telling his friends about me…. He said his other grandparents liked to sit outside at night and drink with the neighbors…. I don’t know, sounds kind of neighborly fun 😁
He also said that he’s never once ever seen me drink, and he hasn’t bc I don’t drink much anyway, but would never in front of the grandkids
What Junior Jr also said was this::::
“Papa Bill works out outside every night, he’s super strong, like stronger than all of the other people his age” I don’t know if I’m all that but I do know 2 things::
1st: All of us / you / me / even the man on the moon are being watched and setting an example for someone that loves us…
~ Our health is our greatest wealth and only we can protect and preserve it~

2nd: It’s Monday
And around here we have a saying
“Never miss a Monday workout”
Invest wisely, live charitably and be well
