Hi friend, how are you today?

If you and I have ever talked or you’ve been reading my writings you already know that I’m a firm believer in “Signs of 3”

We’ll go deeper on that another time

Recently I got 3 different signs from 3 different places
All three spoke to me in their own way

At 61 I still lift / workout / stretch / walk / hike / bike ( sometimes ) I know that I could do better with my health… IE : Weight Loss… Uhhggggg……

The 3rd sign hit different

I ran into a lady I’ve known a while, hadn’t seen her in about 4 months

Wow, just wow……
Her weight loss transformation is impressive enough, but at the age of 52, the way she moves now is like a Ninja…..

The weight loss alone was impressive.
But at 52? The way she moves now… like a ninja.

No shortcuts.
No “jab.”
Just discipline and work.

And you can tell the difference.

Yes, people lose weight using those methods—and good for them.
But when it’s built through effort, consistency, and sweat… it shows.

You don’t just look different.
You move different.
You carry yourself different.

You glow.

I got in a solid Monday workout today.

You know the saying:
“Never miss a Monday Workout.”

Now it’s time to refuel.

Just remember—
The only person we’re competing with… is ourselves.
