Hi friend, how are you?

When you think of things that hurt, and not like getting struck by lightning or eaten by a polar bear, just regular hurt, stuff everyone has had, what are they?

For me I think of sunburns, paper cuts and stubbed toes…. Ouch…..
Last week I was at the pool with my grandson when I had to make a split second decision to either move real fast or run into and possibly run over 4 little kids. By little I mean none over the age of 5. Being the “papa” I am I moved, or tried to I should say, and in the process took off part of the tip of my toe next to my big toe. And a part of the toenail…. Uhhhhgggggg……. lol….. 🙃

A week later I’m finally starting to recover…… “Starting”
Fret not friends, I’ve still been out walking, and working out too, just a little slower for now

Fact: We never appreciate how important all 10 toes are until we injure one 🙃

Appreciation / Thankfulness / Gratitude
A little bit of any of those can go a long way
And are you aware of the health benefits they bring?

The benefits of gratitude are endless
Being thankful for what we have improves everything from our health to our social bonds
It lowers stress and allows us to live in the moment, especially when we stop comparing ourselves to others

A new phone was just released and I’m ready for a upgrade
I’ve been going over old photos and videos deleting stuff that isn’t of use anymore
Clearing space so the data transfer to my new phone goes more smoothly

Well in that process I came across a video that I made 2.5 years ago
I’m glad that I found it, because I remember when I made it just how grateful I was for my health and to be okay

You don’t have to share, but I’d love to hear them if you want to, what are 3 things that you’re thankful for today????

This video was me 2.5 years ago
And I’m so so so thankful that at 61 I’m still able to do this today without issue
Yes I actually walk around in 8 / 9 inches of snow carrying things for my workouts
Who doesn’t??? 😆
