itsagoodlife.info is growing, and we have a question
We have a question....

Hi friend, how are you today?
My name is Bill, some call me Brother Bill
It’s not bc I’m ordained in the church ( Yes I do go to church )
But bc of all the work I do out in the community
Getting food, assistance and other stuff for people
I’m 61 years old, and as my neighbors have said “Active as a 28 y/o” 🙃
Reading and writing have always been a big part of my life
I wrote my first book that was placed in the school library when I was 8 ( maybe 7 )
It even had an ISBN ( the long number you see on the back of books for I.D. )
I have my own life motto, created myself, was documented in magazine articles, t.v. interviews, and every thing else with it years ago
It goes like this:::
“I believe in my heart, my mind and my soul, that if I help you, you help Steve, Steve helps Sally” then we’re all going to make it”
Some may say that’s naïve, I believe it’s possible, what about you?
Sharing life, movement for better health, creativity and Gods love for us are all a part of what I love to write about
Right now itsagoodlife.info is growing, it’s also getting “organized”
This is what I’m doing::::
Building the website so you can go to different categories if you’re looking for something specific
Movement and Health::
Creativity::
Out in nature::
Seeing a theme? There will be stuff for anyone and everyone that wants to grow in middle life and beyond. I’m focusing on life lessons learned to get to this point
Yesterday I went for a bike ride
I came across a couple sitting on a bench watching a water fall, the man and I were cops together years go
It was one of the best “reunions” I’ve ever had. There wasn’t enough time to catch up on everything. One of the cool things was my old friend is not only still alive, he is 64 ( I’m 61 ) but is doing great, I mean he looked incredible
As my old friend and I were talking he told his wife a story about me, and all these years later I remember it… lol…
Those are the kind of people you want to surround yourself with in life
Ones that love you for you, and want to see you not only do well, but succeed, even if it is more than them
I’m working on a PDF right now for all of you with what I take / do as in the way of supplements and nutrition. It’s also going to cover resistance / strength training and alternatives for those limited by injuries and immobility
It will be very beneficial for those aged 50 and above
It’s purpose is to offer you possibly overlooked insights as to what our bodies need as we’re not 28 anymore
We’re just getting started here
If you have something that you would like to see discussed please feel free to drop me a line
Also if you enjoy the content, and are excited to see what’s to come, consider sharing itsagoodlife.info with your friends, maybe even a old one that you haven’t seen in a while
June in Men’s Mental Health Month
Taking care of ourselves physically. emotionally, financially and spiritually all tie into how we are mentally
If you or someone you love ( male or female) is in crisis and wants help please call 988
And we’re still fans of that old saying:
“Never miss a Monday workout”
Invest wisely, live charitably and be well
