June is National Men’s Health Month. Taking care of our health becomes more important as we age, not just for longevity, but for quality of life
Things all men should do
#1 thing is get your bloodwork done
And don’t settle for the basic workup either, many people who die of “pre-existing un known conditions” could of been avoided
Ask for a Calcium detection scan. If your insurance doesn’t pay for it you should find a way to have it. If you’re an individual with Cholesterol issues, getting that scan should be a Top Priority for you. NOT a blood test, the actual scan, there’s a major difference
Do you smoke? Stop
Smoking weed all of time falls into that too, Smoke into the lungs is smoke into the lungs

But my problems, troubles and worries I give to God
