Hi friend, how are you?

They say one of the biggest predictors of longevity isn’t just your family circle, that matters, it can matter a lot, but also your friend circle
How we keep connected with others

If I wasn’t outgoing and wanted to be a recluse I could. Not only do I live alone, but I work from home, alone, and if I didn’t want to I wouldn’t ever have to see a living person again, and just order everything online…

Well yesterday wasn’t one of those days…
One of my grandkids is 18, he’s here with me for 5 weeks
When he was 10 he stayed for 13 weeks, he’s growing up and giving me less time!!! lol… 😁 😁 😁

We had a big day yesterday, we worked out, went swimming, had a family of 5 stop by to see some of my art, talked and texted with a few different buddies setting some stuff set up, stopped by a buddies and dropped off some beef, then last night we went to an event, ran into more friends there
I introduced buddy Bob to buddy Steve and so on, it was a lot of fun
Told you it was a big day……

At some point in the day my grandson jokingly made the comment that this could be our last big summer together…. He talked about getting a “real job” or maybe getting married and starting a family, I reminded him he’s only 18 and needs a girl friend first….. lol…..

But he’s right, he’s growing up, and our summers together could be looking different next year

Today I have a even bigger day planned for us
Yeppppp, today I’m working, but we’re going to Walmart, Home Depot and if things get really wild maybe even stop by Harbor Freight for a minute
And we will workout today, not to mention pool time also, it’s summer after all 😁

When you think back about the best summers of your life what were you doing then?
Who was there with you? Family and friends I bet….

Life is short, summers are shorter, grab your people and get outside
Go walk in nature
Jump in a pool or a lake
And do it with family and friends…..

Invest wisely, live charitably and be well
Brother Bill
