How to use your past for your future

Hi friend, how are you?

What are you studying these days?
What are you reading?
Taking any classes?

I am, right now I’m taking a class that makes us look pretty deep into our pasts for building our future
We sit at tables, 6 to a table
Write out “old skool” with pen and paper
Yes we actually write during class, it’s part of it, we physically write out lists
Last weeks was challenging, for me at least
We listed the biggest moments in our lives that hurt us
Then we listed what we consider to be our greatest achievements

We’re taking what we learned from those experiences to use for our futures
A person can go as in depth with it as they want, or don’t

This quote last night spoke to me
Maybe it will to you too

Invest wisely, live charitably and be well
